ADDITIONAL TEMPORARY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
IMPORTANT INFO
You are of course very welcome to make a booking for 2021, or even 2022, and we are
only asking for £75 deposits at the moment to confirm your booking -
If our accommodation is not available, or you are in lockdown at your holiday arrival date we will of course refund any payments made, or can hold on account for a future booking.
If anything changes it will be added here.
If Manor Park is not open for your arrival date for any reason, we would be most grateful if you would either transfer your break to a future date, or allow us to hold your payment on account for a future booking, thank you,otherwise all payments will be refunded.
We will be ensuring our lodge and caravan on Manor Park are thoroughly cleaned / sanitised after each stay as normal.
We also have an ozone generator -
Unfortunately due to the extra time needed to use our machine safely, arrival time will now be after 4pm. If your accommodation is ready before we will let you know.
NOTE: We will NOT be supplying bed linen or duvets for the foreseeable future, for everyone’s safety, but will be supplying pillows. The mattresses and pillows, will all have REUSABLE waterproof wipeable protectors, NOT TO BE REMOVED. These will be disinfected after each stay.

Our Terms and Conditions
Booking
A non refundable/transferable booking deposit of £75 for each week or part wk is due upon booking.
Note we do charge an extra security bond of £70 for our lodge,and £50 for our caravan,
payable with the balance, which will be refunded within 7 working days after departure,
providing left in the same condition as when you arrive -
The booking will be confirmed once cleared payment of the booking deposit is received, which should be within 48 hours if paying by Paypal/credit/debit card online or by bank xfer. The balance of the pmt for your holiday is due 8 wks before arrival. If cleared payment of the balance is not received by 8 wks before arrival your holiday may be cancelled.
For bookings made less than 8 wks before arrival, payment of the full amount due should be made immediately to confirm the booking.

Cancellation & charges, and alterations to your holiday by you
If you have to cancel for any reason please let us know straightaway. This must be advised in writing by the person who booked, either by email or by text, via the email or mobile number on the original booking form only.
1) If you notify us that you need to cancel your holiday 57 days or more before arrival date:
The cancellation fee will be the non refundable £75 per week booking deposit(s)
2) If you cancel your holiday 56 days or less before arrival date, any payments made are non refundable.
*3) Please note: for any bookings transferred to another date, no refunds will be given if these bookings are subsequently cancelled. This also applies to any payments held on account for future bookings..
We therefore suggest you take out your own Holiday Cancellation Insurance which you can buy online, from your bank, or local insurance broker.
Alterations to your holiday date and/or accommodation by you
These must be requested in writing by the person who booked, either by email or by text, via the email or mobile number on the original booking form only.
We regret we are unable to amend any arrival dates unless you notify us by 56 days before arrival.
If you contact us 57 days or more before arrival, we will consider a change of date if available, and only ONE change of dates accepted.
If the price is more than the original booking the balance will then be due.
If the price is less than the original booking we will hold any overpayment in your account, for up to 12 months from notifying us, for a future booking.
Alterations to your holiday date and/or accommodation by us
in the unlikely event that our caravan becomes unfit or unavailable for hire due to accident, damage, or circumstances beyond our control (freezing weather conditions etc), we will do our best to offer you another date.

Arrival & departure times
Your caravan will be available from 4pm. we will text keysafe info the day before arrival. Departure time 10am latest on day of departure
Due to coronavirus situation, you will need to bring your own bed linen and duvets
Waterproof, wipeable Mattress, and pillow protectors are now provided for the safety of our guests.
If an unforeseen ‘accident’ occurs eg bedwetting or sickness please wipe clean immediately.
Car Parking
There is room for only 2cars outside each caravan.
There is strictly no smoking in any of our caravans or on deckings. If you smoke outside please ensure that you dispose of ash & stubs safely and responsibly. Please do not smoke in doorways or stub out cigarettes on any decking or outdoor furniture, or leave cigarette stubs around or under the caravan.
If we have to hire a special machine to do a deep clean you will be charged the rate at the time, around £30. If it needs a second treatment, the charge will be around £60 etc.
Children
They remain the responsibility of their parent or guardians at all times.
A maximum of 6 people allowed in our lodge, & max 4 in our 4 berth caravan. The person
booking must be 25 years of age or older, & must be in attendance during the dates
of the booking. However, at our discretion, we may consider couples or family groups
under 25 but over 18 -
The max no. of people entitled to stay at each caravan is advertised on the web page for each property and only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If we find that people other than are on the booking form are using the property, you will all be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
We reserve the right to terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose behaviour interferes with the general comfort and safety of other guests and staff. In this event no refund will be made.
This may include but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse. If anyone is asked to leave the site by Security they will not receive any refund.
Please note Manor Park only has a leisure licence, and going to work from your caravan is not allowed, thank you
Pets
Strictly no pets of any sort -
We do allow 2 small to medium dogs in our Elite2.
Upon arrival, if you find anything dirty, broken or missing please let us know straightaway.
At the end of your holiday, we expect all our guests to leave the caravan in the
same condition as they find it on their arrival -
If any breakages or spillages occur during your stay then please give us a call straight
away-
We can then try to put things in order before the next guests arrive, & ensure you
can continue to enjoy your stay with a full complement of equipment etc. -
Your personal belongings are your responsibility at all times, & we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage INCLUDING phones, laptops, computers, games machines or any other electronic or mechanical devices.
Entertainment Passes not included in the cost of your holiday. These can be obtained from Reception. Price varies, depending on dates.
Please note that if Entertainment facilities are not open or available for any reason, this will be beyond our control, and we will not be held responsible.
Wifi
Park WiFi is available throughout the site, pay as you go through Wifinity, and is free in the complex.
Events beyond our control:
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms, we are not responsible for
events beyond our control. This means any event beyond our control or our suppliers’
control -
Examples include, but not limited to, war and acts of terrorism (and threat of these), civil war, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease / epidemic / pandemic at the travel destination, or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or bad weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination.
This also includes the act of any government or other national or local authority, any industrial dispute and labour strikes, any natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, and unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our control or our supplier’s control
